The Sea Ranch Residence is designed as a retreat in the historic coastal development just north of San Francisco.  The private ground level and courtyards are concealed from the street view, while the upper level takes advantage of ocean views. The design embraces the local vernacular, with a nod to the nearby Fort Ross and its use of natural aging redwood siding.
